Wildheart Wellbeing Collective, Frome

To celebrate Ostara, the Spring Equinox, I joined Ali and Lisa to capture their Somatic Vision Board Workshop at The Round Tower, Black Swan Arts in Frome.

The workshop is part of The Wildheart Collective and was designed to help attendees reconnect with their intentions for the year ahead. I captured the group as they created vision boards to help set their intentions. The wellbeing session also included Reiki drumming and a womens circle.

The collective will get together regularly to offer wellbeing tasters and sessions, so do follow Wildheart Wellbeing to keep updated.
